Sound Decisions upgraded the PA System in 12 Holland America Line’s Alaska based railcars. By installing new MiPro receivers and new microphones, tour guides can now be heard with clarity.
Sound Decisions replaced older technology with a Vivitek 10,000 Lumen Laser Projector and 2 ea Danley SH50 Main Speakers, 2 ea Danley SH DFA downfill speakers, and 1 ea Danley TH118 subwoofer. New AV rack with touch panel.
Alaska Pacific University is one of Alaska’s largest private Universities. The upstairs of their Atwood building holds lots of meetings, but it lacked the infrastructure. Sound Decisions helped by installing 2 ea. 8ft. motorized Da-Lite screens, 2 ea. Vivitek 6,000 lumen laser projectors, 18ea. ceiling speakers, Flex LT-200 touch panel, and wall-mounted rack.
The 477th Fighter Group is an Air Reserve unit of the United States Air Force, stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, and the unit of the famous Tuskegee airmen.
Sound Decisions helped better equip their medical room and training rooms by installing 1ea. 75” Optoma 4K interactive touch panel, 2 ea. 65” Optoma 4K interactive touch panels on mobile carts. We equipped their auditorium with a 6,200 Optoma lumen laser projector, tensioned Da-Lite screen, and 6 ea. JBL pendant speakers.
Murie Science & Learning Center is a Research institute situated at the entrance to Denali National Park and Preserve. Sound Decisions helped outfit their training rooms that promote science and stewardship on behalf of national parks in Alaska. The two classrooms can be used separately or together with 2ea. Vivitek 5,500 lumen laser projectors, Community wall speakers, and a Listen Technologies RF transmitter for hearing assistance.
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium provides health services to 158,000 Alaska Natives and American Indians in Alaska. Sound Decisions installed their Conference “COB” Rooms 1 and 2 to work separately or together, controlled by an FSR LT-200 wall panel. 2 ea. 5,000 lumen Vivitek projectors with Da-Lite screens help to ensure quality training of the medical staff.
Barrow High School located in Utqiagvik, Alaska is one of the northern most schools in all of North America. Sound Decisions upgraded their sound systems in the gymnasium and auditorium. MiPro wireless receiver and microphones, Ashly Audio amplifiers, and KV2 speakers ensured great audio for the space.
Anchorage Yoga & Cycle is one of the premier indoor cycling and yoga studios in Anchorage, AK. Sound Decisions installed EV ceiling speakers for the peaceful yoga studio, and a more robust system for the cycle studio. the cycle studio features KV2 main speakers, with 2 ea. Danley TH212 subs. Don’t forget your earplugs! This is a sound system that you can feel and makes you want to move.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District Office, based in Palmer, Alaska, serves 40 schools and is one of the largest in the nation. Sound Decisions has served many of their schools, and also outfitted their boardroom with a new 8,000 lumen laser projector.
